Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

Delivery Time

Your order will be delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Skintuition purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Products lost in transit

(Valid proof such as photos or delivery-related evidence is required.)

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

What Does Not Qualify for Returns

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Return requests raised after the return window

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back within 5 business days of approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
