Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Skintutin purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used skincare items cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 5 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
